Refund Policy

Transfer and Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change! To help support our families while maintaining the integrity of our programs, please review the following cancellation and transfer policies by program type. 

Session-Based Programs 

Applies to multi-week activities that follow seasonal sessions (Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, Spring), such as swim lessons, dance, and gymnastics. 

• Transfers or cancellations may be requested up to two weeks before the program start date. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund or credit. 
• From two weeks prior until before the second class, 50% of the program fee will be credited to your Hayden household account, valid for one year. 
• No refunds or credits will be issued after the second class has met. 

One-Day Programs & School’s Out Childcare 

Applies to all one-day workshops, clinics, and School’s Out Childcare (both single-day and vacation week). 

• Transfers or cancellations may be requested up to two weeks before the program date. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund or credit. 
• From two weeks prior until the day before the program, 50% of the fee will be credited to your Hayden household account, valid for one year. 
• No refunds or credits will be issued on or after the program date. 

Summer Camp 

Applies to all summer camp sessions. 

• Transfers or cancellations must be requested at least one week before the first day of the camp session. 
• A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund or credit. 
• No refunds or credits will be issued after this deadline. 

 

How to Cancel or Transfer 

Most cancellations can be completed directly through your Hayden online account.

If Hayden Cancels 

If Hayden cancels a scheduled activity more than once within a session, a credit will be issued for the second and any additional canceled dates. These credits will be processed by the end of the session.
