Hayden Birthday Parties

We offer a variety of birthday party options for Hayden members ages 4 and up, led by our friendly and experienced staff. From flipping in gymnastics to dancing, crafting, or playing high-energy games, there’s a perfect party for every child!

Party Options & Times

• Physical Education Party Time: 12:00 – 1:30 PM Ages: 4 and up | Max: 25 children
• Dance Party Time: 1:00 – 2:30 PM Ages: 4 and up | Max: 15 children

Each party includes 45 minutes of themed activity led by a Hayden staff member, followed by 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and celebration.

What to Bring

Party hosts are welcome to bring:

• Decorations and tablecloths
• Food, cake, beverages
• Plates, utensils, napkins

Please note: Outside entertainers such as clowns, balloon artists, or magicians are not permitted.

Important Information

• The child for whom the party is held must have a current Hayden membership on the date of the party
• The party must be booked in the name of the birthday child
• A Hayden staff member will contact you two weeks before the party to confirm details
