Come run, jump and play in the Hayden gym with your friends! Your child can practice balancing and coordination while climbing our gym mats and jumping in the bouncy house! A great opportunity to spend some time with your Hayden friends!

Adventure |Grades 2-5

Build confidence and self-reliance as you learn adventure skills safely.  Come climb and experience the zip line across the gym, cargo net, leap of faith and many more fun elements.  Challenge yourself and have fun doing it!

All-Star Mania! | Grades 3-5

A perfect class for a child who likes multiple sports and doesn’t want to choose!  Come and play various games such as basketball, dodgeball, flag football and more.  Work on team work, sportsmanship and learning new games you’ve never heard of!

Archery | Grades 1-8

For grades 1-8 of all ability levels.  Our archery class will teach the concentration, patience and confidence essential for safety and enjoyment of the sport. This class will give participants the opportunity to improve archery skills, form friendships and have fun.

Backyard Games

Learn a variety of games you can play at home in the backyard, at a park, or even at the beach!  Each week we will learn a different game that you can bring home to teach to your family, neighbors and friends!

Basketball | age 3 through Grade 8

Basketball classes are offered to children age 3 through middle school. Classes are energetic, participative and fun. Each week players are introduced to new individual and team drills encompassing the fundamental skills of basketball. The drills and activities are designed to keep the players engaged while working on skill development. Classes will focus on footwork, dribbling, passing and receiving the ball, shooting, and ball handling.

Bike Club | Grades 3-5

Learn safe riding habits, simple repairs and how to ride safely on the road.  Each week we will go on a bike ride to the bike path and learn safe ways to navigate being on the road.   Each child must bring their own bike and helmet and have previous riding experience.

Flag Football | Grades 1-5

This class is designed to teach basic skills and concepts of non-contact football where we remove flags to stop the ball.  No tackling- just fun!  We’ll focus on teamwork and sportsmanship to achieve our goals.

We invite you AND your preschooler to this fun class that will focus on introducing skills of a new sport every week!  We’ll begin each class with 15-20 minutes of learning the basics of sports such as pillow polo, soccer, basketball, and move onto game play to practice our new skills!

This class is all about jumping around and using up some energy!  Gym mats are moved into our carpeted rumpus room where you can run, jump, play hide and seek, and even dodgeball!  Cool down with a relaxing art project to take home.

We’ll work with both fine and large motor skills while creating with Legos and other materials to build creatures, buildings, vehicles and more. Legos are a great way to stimulate and bring out your child’s creativity.

Lego Sculpture | Ages 3-K

Come ready to create a masterpiece!  Use your imagination with Legos to build your project of the week, such as vehicles, skyscrapers, and animals, and then mimic it in clay and model magic!  Each child will bring home a fired and glazed pottery piece each session!

For our walkers through age three- join your child for some fun in the gym and meet new friends!  Class will start with free play in the bouncy house and on our gym mats, and then we’ll come together to welcome all participants, sing a song, and learn some new game skills such as throwing, kicking, and shooting balls!

Learn to hide, work together and let loose in a Nerf challenge!  We will set up obstacles around the gym to run and hide behind. Use team work and strategy to devise a plan to conquer your opponent!

Soccer | ages 3-Grade 2

Soccer classes are offered for children from age 3 through 2nd grade.  In each class we will work on developing students’ basic to intermediate foot skills (dribbling, passing, trapping, scoring), as well as sportsmanship and team play.  Students will learn basic soccer fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment.

This is an exciting class that will give your little one plenty of exercise!  The first half of class will take place in the pool where we’ll play water games and work on our water safety and skills!  Class will then move to the gym where we’ll play a variety of games and also have time for free play!

Table Tennis | grades 3-7

Come learn the basics of this great and popular sport!  You will start with a warm up consisting of various hand-eye coordinated motions, followed by skill work which will be different each week. Finish the class off with matches against your fellow class mates and see who prevails.

Kids will have fun learning the fundamentals by participating in drills and games. Each week we will practice running the bases properly, learning proper throwing techniques and hitting. Finish each week with a game where you will learn to field the ball, hit and run!

Come and learn the basic rules and skills of the game. Each class will start with a quick warm up that will help with your hand eye coordination. Learn proper grip, foot work, serving, match play and other fundamentals in order to play the game. Finish the class with a match against your classmates.

Munchkin Tennis | ages 3-Pre k

Get a jump on this popular sport by learning the basics early! There will be a lot of basic hand eye coordination drills with and without a racquet. Then we will move on to the basics of hitting the ball with a racquet and playing games to teach them the fundamentals of the sport.

Track Events | grades 3-6

Get to learn all of the different track and field events that surround this popular sport!  Each week we will start with a warm up consisting of few dynamic exercises to stretch out.  We’ll then work on a different track event each week- sprinting, hurdles, shot put and javelin throw. Our hard work will pay off with some friendly competition at the end of the session!
