Program Highlights

For Children in Grades Kindergarten–5th

• Creative & Active Play: Art exploration, fine & gross motor games, small group activities, and themed seasonal fun.
• Indoor & Outdoor Activities: Gymnasium play, outdoor games on our expansive green space, and hands-on projects.
• Homework Help: A space for students to focus and receive support.
• Social Development: Opportunities for children to make friends, collaborate, and build confidence.
  

Schedule and Enrollment Options

Minimum Enrollment: 2 blocks/week

Monday – Thursday:  3:30 PM - 6:15 PM

Friday (Half Day): 12:30 PM - 6:15 PM

Vacation Week Program:  Available during school breaks with separate registration.

Priority Registration: Families currently enrolled in Hayden After-School receive priority for re-enrollment.

Waitlist & Open Enrollment: The program is often full, but we do maintain a waitlist and actively enroll from it throughout the school year as spots become available. Movement occurs throughout the school year, so we encourage interested families to join the waitlist.

2025–2026 Monthly Rates

• 2 Blocks – $293/month
• 3 Blocks – $396/month
• 4 Blocks – $488/month
• 5 Blocks – $555/month
• 6 Blocks – $612/month

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required at sign-up. All participants must be Hayden members.

Registration Details

• Open to children in Kindergarten through Grade 5
• Enrollment is first-come, first-served
• Current families receive priority re-enrollment
• A waitlist is maintained, and openings may occur throughout the year

• Children are also welcome to register separately for other classes at the Centre.
