• Homework Help: A space for students to focus and receive support.

Schedule and Enrollment Options

Minimum Enrollment: 2 blocks/week

Monday – Thursday:  3:30 PM - 6:15 PM

Friday (Half Day): 12:30 PM - 6:15 PM

Vacation Week Program:  Available during school breaks with separate registration.

Priority Registration: Families currently enrolled in Hayden After-School receive priority for re-enrollment.

Waitlist & Open Enrollment: The program is often full, but we do maintain a waitlist and actively enroll from it throughout the school year as spots become available. Movement occurs throughout the school year, so we encourage interested families to join the waitlist.

2025–2026 Monthly Rates

• 2 Blocks – $293/month
• 3 Blocks – $396/month
• 4 Blocks – $488/month
• 5 Blocks – $555/month
• 6 Blocks – $612/month

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required at sign-up. All participants must be Hayden members.

Registration Details

• Open to children in Kindergarten through Grade 5
• Enrollment is first-come, first-served
• Current families receive priority re-enrollment
• A waitlist is maintained, and openings may occur throughout the year

How the Registration Process Works

Step 1 – Submit a Request for Days

Families must first submit a Request for Days through our online registration system.

If you are new to the system, you will need to create a household account and enter parent/guardian and child information.

Submitting the Request for Days secures your place in line.

You will receive an email receipt with a PDF attachment that contains a link to our After School Registration Form.

Step 2 – Complete the Registration Form

The receipt attachment includes a link to the required Hayden After School Registration Form.

The form must be completed for your request to be reviewed.

Important:
Your position in line is based on the time your Request for Days was submitted, not when the registration form is completed.

Step 3 – Request Review and Enrollment Confirmation

The After School Director will review all requests and follow up with families regarding the status of their requested schedule.

Submitting a Request for Days does not guarantee enrollment, as placement depends on availability. Families will be contacted once placement decisions have been made.
