All sessions are self-managed, with participants setting up and taking down nets as needed. Hayden provides access to all necessary equipment, including nets, balls, and paddles.

During Open Gym, members are welcome to use our gym equipment and enjoy independent activities like shooting hoops, practicing skills, or joining a game ofpick-up basketball — a frequent favorite!
