In order to enroll in any class you must be a current member.

Only Lexington resident memberships are valid at both facilities. 6 months to 3 years not eligible for youth membership. However, a one time $8.00 registration fee and a completed membership application are required for programs.

Registration Procedure For 2010-2011

You must have a CURRENT membership to sign-up for classes. All Hayden youth memberships expire on August 9, 2010.
Adult summer memberships expire on August 20, 2010. Beginning on August 10, 2010 you may RENEW your youth membership for
the 2010-2011 program year. Membership renewal can be done on-line, by mail, or in person at the Centre. If you are getting a membership
for the first time OR you are changing your membership type from (3 year olds to Youth Membership, 4 years old and up) you
must either mail-in or walk-in. New memberships and new memberships types CANNOT be done on-line. Adults may sign-up for
membership beginning on September 2, 2010.
On-line and mail-in class registration for sessions 1 and/or 2 will begin on August 12, 2010. On-line registration will open
at 11:00 AM. All class registrations will be done on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to register on-line as it will be
the first opportunity to register for classes. Full payment is due at time of registration. If registering by mail, please enclose a check
payable to “Hayden Recreation Centre” or your Visa/Mastercard number.We no longer keep credit card numbers on file. If you do not
hear from the Centre prior to the beginning of classes you may assume you’ve been enrolled in the class. Walk-in registration will begin
on August 31, 2010 at 9:00AM. Many of our programs fill quickly. Please be aware that if you choose to wait for walk-in registration,
you may miss out on session 1 and/or 2 classes.

For Ice Skating Facility Classes
Skating Facility classes begin Thursday, September 9th
Sunday evening Ice Dance class begins on Sunday, September 12th
Hockey Clinic for session 1 begins on Saturday, September 11th
Recreation Facility classes begin Monday, September 13th

Walk-in registration will begin Tuesday, August 31st, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Unsuccessful applications will be returned

Snow Days
In case of inclement weather this winter, the Hayden Centre will be posting delays and closings on Channel 7's website: www.whdh.com. You may also register online and a message regarding the Centre will appear on your cell phone as soon as the Centre determines to close or delay.

Transfers and cancellations may be requested up to one week before the first day of the class.
A $10 administrative fee will be retained for refunds. After this time and prior to the second class meeting,
Hayden will credit your Hayden household account for 50% of the class fee, valid for one year.
After the second class has met, no refunds and/or credits will be issued.

Visa and Master Card accepted. A $20.00 fee is charged for returned checks.
