Only Lexington resident memberships are valid at both facilities. 6 months to 3 years not eligible for youth membership. However, a one time $5.00 registration fee and a completed membership application are required for programs.

IMPORTANT – Read Carefully
Youth Registration Procedure For 2007-2008
You may join the Centre or renew your membership by mail. Please complete the Youth Membership Application (one per child). Adult memberships are available at the centre or online beginning Sept. 6. At the same time, you may complete your Class Registration Form. Please indicate session 1 or 2 (see the recreation centre schedule). The class number is located on the same line as the class and the section number indicates the particular day and time the class meets. Enclose a check or your Visa/Mastercard number for both the membership and class registration fees and mail to the Hayden Centre. You must be a current member to register for classes.
Please use the Multi-Class Registration Form to register ONE child for more than one class. If you do not hear from the Centre prior to the beginning of classes you may assume you’ve been enrolled in the class. Should you choose to wait for the walk-in registration, be advised that some classes may be filled.
- Skating Facility classes begin September 10
- Sunday evening Ice Dance class begins on Sunday, September 9
- Hockey clinic for session 1 begins on Saturday, September 15
- Recreation Facility classes begin Monday, September 10
- All main-in applications will be processed randomly starting Wednesday, September 6
- A lottery for full classes will take place on August 30
- Walk-in registration will begin Tuesday, September 5, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Recreation facility will be closed Friday, August 31
After August 30, all classes will fill on a first come, first served basis. Unsuccessful applications will be returned. You may enroll in as many classes as you wish (however, only one per activity prior to session beginning). All class fees must accompany the registration form. You may register for yourself or members of your family only.

Refunds may be requested up to one week before the session begins. A ten dollar ($10.00) administration fee will be retained. No refunds will be given after this time.
RECREATION FACILITY INFORMATION
You may register for either a Session 1 or a Session 2 class – not both. If a Session 1 class is full you may sign up now for Session 2. If enrolled in Session 1, you may re-register by mail Starting October 5 or walk in October 15. Except re-registration for level swim class, which begins October 22 at 7am.
SKATING FACILITY INFORMATION
You may register for Series I skating classes only at this time. Open registration for Series II for those not in Series I will begin October 22. See the Skating Facility menu above.
Visa and Master Card accepted. A $20.00 fee is charged for returned checks.
