Holiday Pool and Gym Schedule
Recreation Centre Happenings
The Recreation Centre will be open but not holding regularly scheduled classes. We are offering several special programs during the school vacation week. You can register on-line or in person for all the activities except vacation camp (in person registration is required).
VACATION CAMP
For Hayden members in grades K-5. Camp runs Tuesday, Feb. 21
- Friday, Feb. 24 from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Activities include daily swim,
time in the gymnasium, arts & crafts, game play, a field trip, penny
carnival, and a special lunch one day. Camp fee is $200 and you can register
at the front desk.
SPORTY SPORT Gr. K-2 and SPECTACULAR SPORTS
Gr 3-5
Come play some sports and games in the gym with Greg and Natalie.
Both clinics are offered on Wednesday, Feb. 22nd. Sporty Sport for grades
K-2 is from 2:30-4:00 Fee is $23. Spectacular Sports is for grades 3-5
and is from 9:00AM to 12:00PM, the fee is $35.
BASKETBALL CLINICS Gr. K-2 and Gr. 3-5
We'll do some skills and drills and also have some game play.
Both clinics take place on Tuesday, Feb. 21st. K-2 is from 2:00PM-3:30PM
and Gr. 3-5 is 12:30PM - 2:00PM. The fee is $23 per clinic.
LITTLE DANCERS AGES 3 ½ - KINDERGARTEN
We'll dance, tumble, play games, sing songs, and make crafts.
The program runs 9:00AM to 12:00PM and is for Hayden members ages 3 ½
- Kindergarten (no diapers please). We are offering two clinics one on
Tuesday, Feb. 21st and a second day on Wednesday, Feb. 22nd. Fee is $35
per day.
SEMI & PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Lessons are being offered Tues. - Friday. Private lesson times
are available 8:45-9:15 or 9:15 -9:45. Semi private times are 3:30-4:00
and 4:00-4:30. Private lessons are for members 3 & up and semi-privates
are for members Kindergarten& up. We must have a swim level on file
to register for semi-private lessons.
STROKE & TURN CLINIC Gr. K & UP
Come get a workout while we tweak your swim skills. This will
be an hour long swim with some attention given to competitive swim strokes
and turns. Program is Wednesday, Feb. 22nd from 5:15PM to 6:15PM. Swimmers
must be Red Cross Level 4 or higher to participate. Fee is $22
LITTLE GYMNASTS AGES 3-6
Come down for some gymnastics fun! This program is for boys &
girls ages 3-6 (no diapers please). We'll work on gymnastics, play games,
use the elements, and do some arts & crafts. Program runs 9:00AM to
12:00PM. Fee is $35
GYMNASTICS CLINIC Gr. 1 & UP
This is an ideal time to come get a workout over vacation break.
Tracy will be here to stretch you out and work on your gymnastics skills.
Clinic is Thursday, Feb. 23rd from 1:00-3:00PM. Fee is $28
LUNCH & A MOVIE Gr. K-5
We will be serving pizza and a drink along with a PG-rated movie.
Program is Wednesday, Feb. 22nd from 12:30PM to 2:30PM and the fee is
$10.
HAYDEN PENNY CARNIVAL
Gather up your pennies and come on down to Hayden for some carnival
fun! We will have games, prizes, bouncy house, and fun! No registration
is required, just come on down and play! The fun happens Friday, February
24th from 2:00PM - 3:30PM.

The Ice Facility WILL be holding regularly scheduled classes during February Vacation Week.
