Gymnastics Clinics- Fee for 1 day $20, 2 days $35, 3 days $50 |
The mini clinics will cover basic gymnatics skills with
a focus on advanced skills. Children will also play games to help
with balance, endurance, coordination and just for fun!!
Members can register for one, two, or all three days of each session.
Ages 3-5 will meet 1:00 to 3:00
Grades K - 8th grade will meet 4:00 - 6:00 |

JUNIOR JUMPERS: WALKERS-30 MONTHS WITH PARENT
Stretching with mom, emphasis on large motor skills.
Confidence building by play on all gymnastics equipment. Learning elementary
gymnastics skills.
TINY TUMBLERS: 2-3 1/2 (42 months) YEARS WITH PARENT
Stretching with mom, emphasis on large motor skills.
Begin learning body awareness with beginning gymnastics skills.
3 YEARS OLD AND UP
Stretching, strengthening, skill building instruction
on all gymnastics events (Bars, Beam, Floor exercise, Vaulting). Classes
specifically tailored to each gymnast's ability within the class.
TEAM, PRE-TEAM, and INVITATIONAL: GRADES K and Up
Pre-Team and Invitational $175 --------- Team $375 (no
uniform $315)
Season 1 runs from October 20th-January 28th and Season
2 runs from February 9th-May27th. Try-out for season 1 is on October 15th
from either 4:00-5:15 or 5:15 - 6:30 (your choice). At this time, gymnasts
will be evaluated on skills, flexibility, attitude, and responsiveness
to instructions. Names of those making the team, pre-team and Invitational
will be posted on October 16th at 12:00PM at the Centre. Times and days
of each program are noted above. Youths may still register for a class.
Try-out for season 2 is on February 4th from 5:00-6:30.
TINY FAMILY FLIPPERS (Walkers - 4 yrs., siblings
and their guardians)
This class includes stretching, warm up, and emphasis
on building fundamental motor skills by play on gymnastics equipment.
Parents, children, and siblings play, interact, and learn skills through
obstacles and games.
FITNESS FUN!
During this class the children will participate in physical
activities and games. They will include but not be limited to running,
stretching, coordination skills, and much more. There will also be an
emphasis on conditioning.
TUMBLING
This class is for the child who wants to concentrate
on their floor tumbling skills. A great class for the current or future
cheerleader!!
ATTIRE
Girls: Shorts and T-shirt, or leotard, hair pulled
up off face, no jewelry except stud earrings, bare feet for safety.
Boys: Shorts and T-shirt, bare feet for safety.
