Camp Registration Procedure & Information:
All campers must be current Hayden members.
A $50 non-refundable deposit for each child for each
camp session must accompany a completed application. In addition, our
health history form, child's physician health form which must include
the child's immunization dates and the physicans signature.
Mail-in registrations will be given priority. Mail today!
The Hayden Centre will NOT contact you regarding registration unless there
is a problem with your registration. If there is something missing from
your registration packet, we will contact you by mail.
Walk-in registration will begin Tuesday, April
17th at 9:00 am, walk-in registrations will be accepted for all
camps.
All camp fee balances must be paid by May 11th.
Master Card, Visa, Cash and checks. A $20 fee will be charged for returned
checks.
Refunds less the $50 deposit per session may be requested
up to one week before camp begins. No refunds
or transfers after that point.
In order to register for any of the summer camps
you must have the following:
- A current Hayden membership
- Completed Camp Application
- Completed Camper's Health History Form
- Current Copy of child's Health Form from
Pediatrician (must include immunization dates and physician signature).
- $50 deposit per child per camp session
All INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE RETURNED BY MAIL UNPROCESSED

Camp Staff
All camps are supervised by the Centre’s full-
time professional staff. They are assisted by a friendly,
well-qualified staff of teachers, college students and specialists whose
every effort is directed to making sure each camper has an enjoyable and
learning experience at camp. Camp Directors reserve the right to require
the withdrawal of any camper who is judged to be unsuited for the program.
